This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You'll be based in our Irlam office two to three days per week, and to support your onboarding and training, you'll initially be required to attend the office Monday to Friday.

Job Description
Joining us as an Order Desk Coordinator
Join our Planning, Performance & Control team, where you'll play a key role in keeping customer orders moving through the delivery journey, ensuring accurate data, effective coordination and a consistently positive customer experience.
You’ll receive a competitive salary, and a performance-related bonus.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Coordinating customer orders through to successful delivery
- Maintaining accurate records across Salesforce and delivery systems
- Providing clear updates on order progress, delays, and issues
- Working with internal teams, partners, and suppliers to keep orders on track
- Identifying and escalating data discrepancies, risks, and blockers
- Supporting order prioritisation and issue resolution activities

What you'll bring to the role
We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused coordinator with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
You’ll also have:
- Experience in a customer service, coordination, or administrative role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous
