Role Description
The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders in the company’s systems and ensuring timely fulfillment. This full-time remote role involves reviewing purchase orders, verifying product details, updating order status, and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve any discrepancies. The specialist will communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, updates, and basic inquiries, while maintaining detailed records of all order activities. Day-to-day tasks include:

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Order Entry and Order Processing, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with Purchase Orders and Order Management in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including clear communication and problem-solving.
- Proficiency with computer-based order systems, spreadsheets, and basic data entry tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple orders simultaneously.
- Prior experience in fashion retail or online marketplaces is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, administration, or related fields is a plus.
