About The Role
At ASM, we’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our Operations team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring every order is processed accurately, efficiently and on time. You’ll work closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams to keep orders moving, resolve issues proactively and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing customer orders throughout the full order lifecycle, from receipt to delivery.
- Expediting purchase orders with suppliers and proactively following up on outstanding orders.
- Liaising with suppliers via phone, email and online portals to obtain order updates and expected delivery dates.
- Monitoring supplier commitments and escalating potential delays where necessary.
- Providing customers and internal teams with accurate order updates and estimated delivery dates.
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving delivery or order-related issues promptly.
- Managing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and shipment tracking.
- Processing goods receipts and customer invoices accurately within the ERP system.
- Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and supporting month-end invoicing activities.
- Monitoring automated order processing workflows and resolving system exceptions where required.
- Maintaining accurate customer, supplier and order records while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes, automation and operational efficiency.

About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
You’ll Ideally Have
- Previous experience in order fulfilment, customer service, supply chain, purchasing or a similar operational role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience using ERP, CRM or order management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to identify better ways of working.
