One of our clients, a growing and established UK business, is looking to appoint an Order Management Coordinator to join their team on a fully remote basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive professional who enjoys working with customers, managing orders and keeping things moving behind the scenes. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, customers receive timely updates and internal teams have everything they need to deliver an excellent service.
Immediate availability is highly desirable.

The Role
As an Order Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating customer orders from initial processing through to delivery. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, sales teams, warehouse teams and logistics partners to ensure orders are accurate, on time and handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter and maintain order information within internal systems
- Monitor orders from placement through to delivery
- Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery times and queries
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers and internal departments
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies or delivery issues
- Maintain accurate records and update customers throughout the order process
- Monitor stock availability and communicate potential delays
- Prepare order-related reports and documentation
- Support the wider sales, customer service and operations teams
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained

Experience in order processing, customer service, sales administration, logistics or operations would be beneficial.
Essential Skills
