A FMCG business is looking to hire an order management specialist to join a fast-paced environment based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
About the Role
Working closely with planning, production, supply chain, commercial teams, and external partners, you will play an integral role in managing the end-to-end direct sales process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full order lifecycle, from order entry and validation to stock allocation, dispatch coordination, and issue resolution
- Monitor inventory levels, liaise with warehouses, and proactively manage any delays or discrepancies
- Maintain exceptional service levels across the business through attention to detail and anticipation of challenges

Requirements
- Experience in FMCG or retail operations
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence working with overseas teams in Asia and the United States
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, building relationships with internal teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Problem-solver by nature, taking ownership, and keeping processes efficient and customer-focused

Compensation
- The role is paying up to £42,000
- Bonus and benefits package
- Office-based 3 days a week
