Role Summary

The mandate of the Pre-Production team is to translate product builds into technical and accurate documents used by design, brand, manufacturing, and logistics teams. Fanatics Collectibles is looking for an Order Management Coordinator to support the delivery of accurate Order Summaries in a growing portfolio. The role regularly interfaces with a number of internal and external contributors, requiring a proactive approach and excellent communication skills. The Order Management Coordinator must command a strict attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role, in the designated office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Pre-Production Manager and Senior Order Management Coordinator to create order summaries for a growing portfolio
  • Be responsible for complete accuracy within all documentation and ensure they are delivered on time
  • Work with proficiency using Fanatics in-house tools and systems, which include D365, Oracle, OTC, Launchpad
  • Collaborate with BOM, Purchasing, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure Order Summaries are aligned
  • Responsible for creating accurate item and assembly data on internal Fanatics systems
  • Recommend changes and support the implementation of tools, processes, and procedures that will improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Contribute to ad hoc tasks as directed by the Pre-Production leadership when required

  • Educated to degree level or an equivalent qualification in a relevant subject
  • 2+ Years of Experience in a print/manufacturing environment would be useful but not essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Proficient knowledge of print processes, techniques, and technical terminology
  • The ability to work under pressure and support others within the team
  • Methodical approach with a high attention-to-detail
  • Strong computer skills particularly using Excel are essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and oral
  • Able to work in a team and with other departments
  • Competent in all Microsoft office applications
