Your opportunity

Scandit is looking for an Order Management Operations & Transformation Lead to join the Order to Cash team.

This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role combining ownership of complex SaaS bookings with responsibility for transforming and scaling the booking process. The role does not have direct people management responsibility, but will provide functional leadership, guidance, and mentoring across Order Management.

The position is suitable for an experienced SaaS Order Management specialist ready to step into a Lead role, as well as a Manager-level professional interested in a hands-on transformation and project role.

The role will lead booking process improvements, establish clear controls and operating standards, provide guidance on complex and non-standard deals, and drive automation across Order Management.

It will also act as a key operational bridge between Order Management and other Finance and Commercial functions, ensuring booking data is accurate, consistent, and supports downstream reporting and processes.

We are looking for someone with strong SaaS booking experience and hands-on Salesforce expertise who can combine operational knowledge with process transformation and systems thinking. Experience with NetSuite, automation, and AI tools is an advantage.

What You Will Do

Complex Deal Booking & Guidance

  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex and non-standard SaaS bookings, including amendments, co-terms, upgrades, downsells, multi-year agreements, multi-element arrangements, and other non-standard structures
  • Review contractual terms and translate them into accurate booking requirements and system entries
  • Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, and Revenue to determine the appropriate booking treatment for complex or contested deals
  • Ensure bookings accurately reflect contractual terms, subscription values, and relevant commercial structures
  • Build and maintain practical booking guidance and decision frameworks so complex scenarios are handled consistently
  • Provide functional guidance and mentoring to colleagues on complex booking scenarios, policies, and system requirements
  • Provide hands-on booking support during month-end and quarter-end periods when required

Booking Process Transformation

  • Own the transformation of the booking process end to end, redesigning workflows, standardising procedures, and closing process and control gaps as the function scales
  • Define and implement the target-state booking process, including controls, handoffs, and approval points across Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance
  • Partner with Order to Cash and commercial stakeholders to improve policies and processes and ensure booking data supports downstream reporting and operational requirements
  • Design and improve Salesforce workflows supporting the booking lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate booking activities and reduce manual data entry
  • Lead the rollout of process changes, including documentation, testing, training, runbook updates, and adoption
  • Establish clear booking policies, decision frameworks, and operating standards to improve consistency and scalability

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
