Order Management Team Lead
Consumer goods - West London (Hybrid) - Up to £55,000 + benefits
We are excited to be partnering with a growing consumer goods business based in London who is looking for an Order Management Team Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end customer order management process across multiple international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business undergoing transformation and play a key role in improving processes, enhancing customer experience, and developing a high performing team.
This role will be leading a small team, and act as the owner of the full Order to Cash process, ensuring a seamless customer onboarding, accurate order processing, efficient order fulfillment, invoicing, and issue regulation, working cross functionally with Sales, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and external delivery partners to deliver outstanding service while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:
- Owning the full O2C process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on-time across international markets and channels
- Track and improve KPIs including OTIF, order accuracy, invoice accuracy, and customer service performance
- Customer and Commercial management, onboarding and managing customer pricing, working with distributors, acting as a senior escalation point for enquiries
- Identify best opportunities to reduce order touchpoints, utilising the EDI and system connections
- Manage allocation decisions, working with supply chain teams to balance customer demand and inventory availability
- Train and develop a small multicultural team, fostering a great collaborative culture

What we are looking for:
- 5+ years in an Order to Cash, Customer Order management, or B2B Customer Operations role
- Experience managing a small team
- Ideally experience working within FMCG, consumer goods, food and beverage B2B environments
- Hands on experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems
- Experience working with multi-channels including retail, wholesale, distributors, and ecommerce
