Order Delivery Manager | Connectivity & Cloud Services
Location: Manchester – Office-based/Hybrid as applicable
Salary: £30,000–£33,000
An established and growing technology services provider is seeking an organised and commercially aware Order Delivery Manager to join its Service Delivery team!
This role will take ownership of the end-to-end management of customer orders across a broad connectivity and cloud services portfolio, including Ethernet, Broadband, Hosted VoIP, SIP and Security services. You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, Account Managers and technical teams to ensure orders progress smoothly, delivery expectations are managed effectively, and any issues are resolved quickly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage customer orders from initial placement through to successful delivery
- Take ownership of the end-to-end order delivery process
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, Account Managers and engineers
- Monitor order progress, milestones and delivery timescales
- Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates
- Identify and resolve delivery issues, escalating to suppliers where required
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate order records across CRM and business systems
- Produce reports and track order performance using Microsoft Excel
- Manage multiple orders and priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Ensure customers receive a high level of service throughout the delivery journey

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in order management, project coordination or service delivery
- Experience managing customer orders through to completion
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confidence working with suppliers and resolving delivery issues
- Strong organisational and task-management abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience using CRM systems, Outlook and other business systems
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Telecoms or connectivity experience would be advantageous
