Empowered Personnel is recruiting an Order Picker for their client based in Solihull, B90

Position: Order Picker

Location: Solihull, B90

Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00, 37.5 hours per week

Pay: £13.45 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Your main responsibility will be order picking and packing customer orders from a detailed pick list, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Once orders are picked, you’ll dispatch them promptly, ensuring timely delivery.
  • You’ll play a crucial role in the logistics process by accurately preparing all necessary documentation for shipments.
  • With a keen eye on inventory management, you’ll work diligently to maintain optimal stock levels, replenishing items as needed to meet demand.
  • Flexibility is key in our fast-paced environment, so you’ll also be ready to help with any additional duties as required, contributing to the smooth operation.

Requirements And Desired Skills

  • While previous warehouse experience is advantageous, what’s most important is your strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Being computer literate is essential for this role, as you’ll be required to navigate digital systems for order processing and documentation.
  • You should possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.
