Job Description
Shift Pattern: 4on4off days 07:00-19:00pm
Salary: £26,689.71 PA.
Our Order Pickers are the heart of our business, and you will be joining a great team. This is a fast-paced role where you will be involved in a variety of tasks:
- Picking and preparing stock according to customer requirements using an RDT
- Use RDT Equipment pick list to pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse
- Assemble customer orders from the order profile
- Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built correctly and safely, onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures
- Stretch wrap completed orders and present to marshalling area as appropriate
- Generate performance in line with KPIs as required
- Ensure that all equipment is operated in line with training
- Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times, reporting any incidents to the appropriate manager
- Maintain a thorough and detailed knowledge of the Warehousing duties, functions and requirements
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the site at all times, adhering to the Clean As You Go Policy and the Company’s recycling and waste management program
- Identify areas for improvement and highlighting them to your line leader
- Any other duties as reasonably required

Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a chilled/cold warehouse environment is desirable but not essential
- Enthusiastic, adaptable and willing to learn and progress.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
