Are you organised, detail-focused and confident using computer systems?
We're looking for an Order Processing Administrator to join an established and growing manufacturing business in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, processing information accurately and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Previous manufacturing or order processing experience isn't essential - full training will be provided. What matters most is having a good eye for detail, being comfortable with IT and having the ability to learn new systems quickly.
What will you be doing?
You'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders move efficiently from administration through to production.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Creating and processing batch orders through the company's ERP system.
- Exporting orders into the relevant production system.
- Organising orders into production batches.
- Importing completed batches back into the ERP system.
- Printing and preparing batch information for the production team.
- Checking orders and data to ensure everything is accurate.
- Liaising with production and other departments to resolve queries.
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping system information up to date.
- Identifying and communicating any discrepancies or issues.
- Supporting the wider administration team when required.
- Helping to improve the efficiency of the order processing function.

What are we looking for?
You don't need to have worked in manufacturing before. You could come from an administration, customer service, data entry, sales administration or similar background.

- A quick learner who can pick up new software and processes.
