ORDER PROCESSING EXECUTIVE
Worcester | Full-Time | Monday to Friday

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Order Processing Executive to join a busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, communicating with customers and colleagues, and ensuring every detail is right first time. If you are confident on the phone, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Reviewing and cross-checking customer orders for accuracy
- Verifying products, quantities, pricing, specifications, and customer information
- Processing orders promptly within the business system
- Liaising with production, warehouse, operations, purchasing, and transport teams
- Booking deliveries and coordinating dispatch arrangements
- Sending order acknowledgements and keeping customers informed
- Managing customer enquiries regarding orders, lead times and deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting the wider customer service team with phone and email enquiries
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements
