Order Processor - Cruise Team

Salary: Up to £30,900 pa

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Poole

Holiday: 30 days paid (inc. bank holidays)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Process Orders: Manage and process sales orders whilst ensuring accuracy on data entries and efficiency.
  • Be familiar with the operation of relevant software and channels for processing orders for cruise customers.
  • Working closely with the internal account support team to ensure customer expectations are met and products are delivered on time.
  • Verifying information: Ensure all order details are complete, accurate, and meet requirements.
  • Communicate with other departments: Keep other teams, like sales, operations, support teams informed of urgent orders or required actions.

Skills & Experience

  • Customer service skills: A customer-centric approach to handling enquiries and issues.
  • Problem Solving/Resolution: Handle and resolve issues related to orders.
  • Building Relationships: Ability to build strong relationships across the business.
  • Organisation and Planning: High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Communication skills: Very good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal functions.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with computer systems, including order entry, data entry, and often CRM or sales order systems.
  • Analytical skills: The ability to quickly process data and ensure accuracy
