Job Title: Order Processor
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processor to act as the critical bridge between our sales and production teams. In this role, you will take over closed deals from the sales team, reviewing client conversations on WhatsApp to extract complex order details for custom teamwear and sportswear. Your primary responsibility will be transforming conversational text into precise, structured data within our master Google Sheets to ensure seamless manufacturing and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Entry: Review WhatsApp chat histories handed over by the sales team to extract all relevant order details (e.g., club names, product types, quantities, and delivery timelines).
- Order Structuring: Accurately input and format extracted data into our master Google Sheets order trackers.
- Specification Management: Log specific design details, including primary/secondary colors, fabric preferences, badge specifications, and precise adult/youth size breakdowns.
- Quality Control: Cross-check the information to ensure consistency and accuracy before clearing the order for production.
- Sales Liaison: Flag any missing, ambiguous, or conflicting information (e.g., mismatched sizing or missing player numbers) and promptly follow up with the sales team for clarification.
- Workflow Maintenance: Ensure all sheets are kept up-to-date in real-time so that both the sales and production teams have full visibility on order statuses.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
