Position: Order Processor – Windows & Doors
Location: Cardiff

Salary: Circa £30,000+ Full-Time, Permanent | Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Windows & Doors Order Processor
Are you an experienced Sales Administrator or Order Processor with knowledge of the windows and doors industry? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, customer service and organisation are key?
Our client is a well-established and highly respected supplier to the construction and building products sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Windows & Doors Order Processor to join their busy Cardiff branch.
Working closely with the Windows & Doors Commercial Manager, you’ll play a key role in producing quotations, processing customer orders, liaising with suppliers and ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of service throughout the sales process.

The Role
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Preparing accurate quotations for customers.
- Processing orders and placing purchase orders with suppliers.
- Managing customer enquiries relating to products, pricing and delivery schedules.
- Processing orders for UPVC, aluminium and composite windows and doors.
- Supporting the internal sales team, showroom and trade counter.
- Advising customers on a wider range of building products including roofline and bathroom solutions.
- Handling inbound telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Using Window Designer or Business Micros software to manage quotations and orders.
- Providing general administrative support as required.
About You
To be successful you’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a windows and doors sales administration or order processing role.
- Knowledge of UPVC, aluminium and composite window and door products.
- Experience using Window Designer or Business Micros software (highly desirable).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach.
- The ability to solve problems and respond quickly to customer enquiries.
