Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Manager to join their leadership team on an interim basis. The role will provide day-to-day O2C support, freeing up the existing managers to focus on a major transformation programme.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading day-to-day Quote to Cash operations across Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application and Banking
  • Driving cash collection and keeping DSO and overdue debt under control
  • Owning balance sheet and system reconciliations, and keeping controls and audit readiness tight
  • Working closely with R2R, P2P, Treasury, FP&A and Financial Controllers
  • Handling senior customer, sales and finance escalations while keeping the team on track against SLAs and KPIs
  • Supporting system implementation, automation and process redesign, and embedding new ways of working
  • Providing clear reporting on cash, debt and performance to senior stakeholders
