Marshalls Landscaping delivers innovative hard landscaping solutions for projects across the UK, from city centre transformations and public realm schemes to housing developments and community spaces.
We are now looking for an Orders Advisor to join our team at Falkirk, managing all aspects of customer orders, enquiries and delivery logistics.
So, what's the mission?
In this role, you will manage all aspects of customer orders, enquiries, and delivery logistics. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth order processing, timely communication, and the resolution of any delivery-related issues. You will also collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth through customer interactions.

What are the mission critical skills?
- Proficiency in English and maths & strong computer literacy
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Exceptional customer focus and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a creative and proactive approach
- Analytical and results-driven thinking
- Strong written and verbal English, numeracy and IT skills, with the ability to use computer systems accurately and effectively
- Proven and effective organisational, planning, and time management skills
- A team player with a self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to change
Desirable
- Familiarity with the construction materials supply industry
- Commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Rapport-building and influencing skills
