Product Manager - Organisational Design & Performance
Location: UK-based, fully remote
Working pattern: Full-time
Level: Senior Product Leadership
Compensation: Approximately £120,000 + benefits (final package to be confirmed)

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the team on a full-time basis and take ownership of the development of a new in-house organisational design and performance platform. This is a strategic product leadership opportunity offering the chance to shape a product from the ground up. Initially, the platform will focus on helping organisations better understand, design and plan their workforce. Over time, the product will evolve to incorporate broader organisational and performance management capabilities. The successful candidate will combine a strong track record in product management with deep expertise in organisational design, workforce planning and organisational performance.

The Role
You will lead the strategy, development and evolution of the platform, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate complex organisational challenges into effective, scalable product solutions. You will play a key role in defining the product vision, shaping the roadmap and establishing the principles, processes and ways of working required to build a high-impact platform. The initial product roadmap is expected to encompass:
- Organisational design and organisational structures
- Org charting and visualisation
- Workforce planning and organisational modelling
- Data, analytics and insights to support organisational decision-making
- Longer-term development of performance management capabilities
As the product evolves, you will take ownership of prioritisation and ensure the platform continues to balance user needs, business priorities and technical considerations.

About You
We are looking for someone who combines senior-level product leadership with genuine subject-matter expertise in organisational design and performance. You are likely to bring:
- Significant experience in product management, ideally at Senior Product Manager, Head of Product, Director or equivalent level
- A strong track record of taking products from strategy and discovery through to delivery and ongoing evolution
- Deep knowledge of organisational design, workforce planning and/or organisational performance
- A strong understanding of how organisations structure teams, roles and workforces
- Experience translating complex business challenges into intuitive and scalable product experiences
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to balance user needs, business priorities and technical considerations
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly when working with senior leadership
- The ability to operate autonomously and thrive in a remote, high-trust environment
