Company Description
Everybody Agency is a fast-growing digital agency that puts people first. We believe that great work comes from giving the right people the right environment to grow. Our mission is to empower healthcare and wellness brands to thrive in the digital world by driving their marketing strategy and generating meaningful impact.
Role Description
The Organic Director is responsible for leading organic growth strategy across a portfolio of healthcare and wellness clients, helping them navigate an increasingly complex search landscape spanning traditional SEO, content strategy, integrated search and emerging Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
This role combines strategic leadership, client partnership, and innovation. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to deeply understand their business, therapeutic areas, commercial objectives, and regulatory environment, translating these into impactful organic growth strategies.
As a senior leader within the agency, you will also play a key role in shaping our organic offering, mentoring team members, and driving thought leadership across the wider Integrated Marketing team.
What you'll be doing
- Develop integrated organic strategies spanning SEO, content, Offsite, and emerging AI-driven search behaviours.
- Act as a strategic partner to our clients, developing a deep understanding of their business, competitive landscape, therapeutic areas, and regulatory considerations.
- Lead senior client conversations with confidence, translating complex organic search concepts into clear commercial narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for innovation across organic channels, including experimentation with Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and evolving search platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Content, Paid Media, and Research/Insights to deliver integrated growth strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and AI/search developments to ensure clients remain competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Lead strategic audits, performance analysis, and forecasting, using data to uncover opportunities and guide decision-making.
- Support new business and agency growth through proposal development, strategic recommendations, and participation in pitches.
- Mentor and support team members through knowledge sharing, coaching, and thought leadership initiatives across the agency.
- Contribute to the evolution of Everybody’s organic growth offering, processes, and innovation roadmap.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
