About the Role

Airspeed is looking for an Organic Growth, AI Search & Content Strategy Manager to build and scale how we are discovered, trusted, and chosen across search and AI-powered discovery.

You will own our organic growth strategy across SEO, content, and emerging answer engines, turning customer and market insight into high-quality content that builds authority and drives measurable pipeline. Working closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and subject-matter experts, you will shape our editorial strategy, improve our technical foundation, and help define Airspeed’s point of view in the market.

You will help define and execute Airspeed’s approach to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI-search visibility.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands both traditional search and the changing ways buyers discover brands through AI-powered search experiences.

What You’ll Do

Lead Organic Growth Strategy

  • Own Airspeed’s organic growth strategy across search, content, and AI-powered discovery channels.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and reporting for organic traffic, high-intent keyword performance, brand visibility, engagement, conversion, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
  • Identify high-value organic opportunities through keyword research, audience insights, competitive analysis, search-intent mapping, and content gap analysis.
  • Stay ahead of evolving search behavior, search algorithm changes, and emerging AI-search trends.

Build Airspeed’s AI Search and Answer Engine Visibility

  • Develop strategies to improve how Airspeed is surfaced, cited, and represented across AI-powered answer engines and generative search experiences.
  • Create structured content frameworks, direct-answer content, schema markup, and authoritative entity signals that support discoverability in both traditional and AI-driven search.
  • Monitor brand mentions, sentiment, citation frequency, and share of voice across AI-search environments.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure Airspeed’s content and web presence accurately communicate our expertise, positioning, and category leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
