Organic Growth Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Organic Growth Analyst based in United Kingdom.

As an Organic Growth Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven SEO and organic growth initiatives for fast-growing B2B software businesses. Working alongside experienced strategists, you will contribute to research, analysis, reporting, and execution that directly impacts client growth and revenue. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional looking to deepen their expertise in SEO, content strategy, and analytics within a collaborative, remote-first environment. You'll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools, participate in strategic initiatives, and follow a clear development path toward a more senior strategy role. Accountabilities

  • Support the execution of SEO and organic growth strategies for B2B software clients.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content audits, and backlink research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and business impact.
  • Monitor client performance data, identify actionable insights, and contribute recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and support measurable business outcomes.
  • Participate in internal brainstorming sessions, research initiatives, and innovation projects.
  • Collaborate with strategy and content teams while supporting client meetings and ongoing communications.
  • Continuously develop new skills and contribute to improving internal processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related field, or a strong desire to build a career in organic growth.
  • Basic experience with analytics and SEO platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn quickly, apply feedback, and continuously develop professionally.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, high-performance environment.
  • Availability to overlap at least five working hours with Eastern Time (ET) on weekdays.
