Organic Growth & Content Manager
We’re looking for an Organic Growth & Content Manager to take ownership of SEO, GEO and search-led content, building a high-performing organic acquisition engine from the ground up.
You’ll shape the strategy for how our content is discovered across traditional search and emerging AI/LLM platforms, deciding what we create, who it serves and where the biggest opportunities lie.
You’ll own the content journey from topic and keyword research through briefing, writing, optimisation and performance analysis, covering editorial content, guides and on-page web copy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll also take responsibility for technical and on-page SEO fundamentals, including site structure, metadata, internal linking and working with developers where engineering support is required.
- Working closely with marketing colleagues across social, campaigns, design and CRM, you’ll ensure search-led content is joined up, distributed effectively and built to drive meaningful commercial outcomes.
You’ll be hands-on with tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console, using data to identify opportunities, improve performance and measure organic traffic, visibility, leads and conversion.
