Organic Growth & Content Manager | Central London (Hybrid) | Up to £60,000 + Bonus
I'm working with a fast-growing, B2B subscription software business in the health and fitness space. They're an established platform used by thousands of customers globally, with strong retention and an ambitious plan to grow revenue roughly 5x over the next three to five years.
Organic search is their biggest untapped channel, and this is a brand new role created to own it end to end.
The role
You'll own organic discovery across traditional search and AI/LLM answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity and similar). That means SEO and GEO strategy, the search-led content plan (blog, guides, on-page copy), technical and on-page fundamentals, and reporting that ties organic traffic back to leads and conversion. You'll report to the Head of Marketing, work alongside Paid, Social, Brand and Design, and brief a Digital Executive who handles CMS build work so you can focus on strategy, research and optimisation.

What they're looking for
- 3+ years in SEO, content or organic growth, with clear evidence of commercial impact. They're hiring on results, not tenure.
- Hands-on with GA4 and Search Console, and happy to do the research, writing and analysis yourself.
- A genuine point of view on where search and AI discovery are heading.
- Comfortable building something from scratch.
- Subscription, SaaS or marketplace experience, CMS knowledge (Webflow, WordPress) and an interest in health or fitness are all a bonus.

The package
- Up to £60,000 base
- Pension
- 30 days holiday plus bank holidays
- A hybrid setup: office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Monday and Friday.
