About Mainline
Mainline is building a consumer-grade perps platform for tradfi traders in emerging markets. We’re replacing legacy broker onboarding friction, opaque execution, delayed withdrawals and hidden restrictions with one-click signup, transparent execution, instant withdrawals and unrestricted 24/7 trading. We’re backed by leading early-stage VCs (Nebular, Rerail) and led by founders bridging tradfi (IG.com) and defi (Lighter.xyz).
Role: Senior Organic Growth Freelancer
We’re looking for a senior organic growth freelancer to design and establish the foundations of our organic growth function. You’ll work closely with the founders on an initial strategy and implementation sprint, with potential for ongoing collaboration.

Strategy
- Interview founders
- Research competitors, keywords and search behaviour across target markets
- Define trust pages, content priorities, angles and roadmap

Site foundations
- Design sitemap, content architecture, page templates, URL structure, internal linking and CMS requirements
- Implement CMS (using a specialist if required)
Content system
- Build briefs and AI-assisted production workflows
- Draft, edit and publish first flagship content
- Establish localisation & QA process
Distribution
- Define distribution workflows for social, partner and owned channels, including how flagship content should be repurposed and activated
Authority building
- Develop the backlink and digital PR strategy
- Recommend and help select specialist agencies or freelancers

Ideal Profile
- Built organic growth systems for fintech, trading, crypto or another complex category
- Strong across content strategy, SEO architecture and commercial copy
- Comfortable working directly with founders
- Uses AI to accelerate research and production without sacrificing quality
- Can distinguish what to execute personally from what should be delegated
