Frontify: Shaping the Future of Branding
Frontify is the brand platform behind some of the world's leading organizations, including Microsoft, Telefónica, Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, and Kia. We help every team bring brands to life — with governance in one place, seamless workflows across the tools people already use, and a foundation that's ready for AI.
We're driven by collaboration, curiosity, and the belief that great work can happen anywhere. What began in St. Gallen has grown to London, New York, and beyond. Wherever you join us, you'll take ownership from day one, shape work that reaches global brands, and help redefine how brands work in the age of AI.
What You’ll Shape
Organic discovery is changing fast — and you’ll set the direction for how Frontify turns that change into growth. You’ll grow the value and volume of organic-sourced pipeline by making Frontify a visible and credible answer wherever buyers explore brand management and Digital Asset Management (DAM) — from Google to AI Overviews. As search shifts from clicks to citations, you’ll shape how we succeed in both worlds: strengthening the organic performance that drives growth today while building the content, systems, and measurement that help Frontify lead in AI-driven discovery.
What You’ll Do
- Set the strategy and targets for organic-sourced demand and pipeline, turning performance into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Build a measurement approach that connects organic and AI-driven discovery to business impact across tools including GA4, Dreamdata, ThoughtSpot, and Search Console.
- Define Frontify’s Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy, improving visibility across AI assistants through prompt tracking, share-of-voice analysis, crawler accessibility, structured data, and content optimization.
- Anticipate shifts in search behavior — from AI Overviews and zero-click journeys to changing click-through rates — and evolve our strategy accordingly.
- Lead technical SEO across our Webflow ecosystem, improving site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
- Shape commercially focused content programs across competitor, solution, use case, and industry pages, using research and regular audits to prioritize the biggest growth opportunities.
- Build a high-impact experimentation roadmap across key pages and forms, connecting CRO decisions to demos and pipeline.
- Shape the website as a scalable conversion engine, influencing page templates, CMS architecture, content systems, and how work moves from idea to launch.
- Build AI-powered workflows that amplify the marketing team’s impact, from content engineering and quality assurance to integrations across Webflow, Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Lead agency and specialist partners across SEO, content, and CRO, setting clear expectations for quality, outcomes, and return on investment.
- Work in a hybrid setup, spending two days per week in our London office.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience shaping organic growth in B2B SaaS environments.

- A commercial mindset that connects organic performance to qualified demand, opportunity value, and pipeline — not rankings alone.

- Experience designing CRO programs and experiments that turn traffic into meaningful customer and business outcomes.
