Hi, we're Grow.Repeat ๐Ÿ‘‹

We're a growth marketing agency for B2B tech companies, and we're a small international team of people who genuinely like this work.

About Us

Our clients come to us with two kinds of problems:

  • Early-stage startups need to launch something new, find their first paying users, and get to stable MRR. It's messy and fast and you find out quickly whether an idea works.
  • Bigger companies come to us for the help they need to reach their next milestone (sometimes that's content production, sometimes it's the strategy behind it).

Being small is the best part. No layers, no corporate distance, no one turning your work into a slide for someone else's meeting. You'll know everyone you work with, and they'll know what you're building.

The Role

We're looking for an Organic Growth Manager to own organic on two fronts: our clients' growth, and our own.

What You'll Be Doing

For clients:

  • Owning organic growth strategy end to end: SEO, GEO/AEO, PR, and community
  • Running technical and content audits, then turning them into roadmaps people actually ship
  • Building content programs that rank in search and get cited by AI answer engines
  • Landing placements in the publications and communities where buyers already hang out
  • Telling what moved, what didn't, and what you want to try next

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
