SaaStorm

SaaStorm is a fully remote organic growth agency for B2B SaaS, headquartered in London with a team spread across Europe. Since founding in 2024, we've grown to work with SaaS companies from pre-seed through Series C, and we're approaching €1.5M ARR.

What makes us different is the bet we've made: search is changing, and the companies that win the next five years will be the ones cited by LLMs, not just ranked by Google. We've built our delivery model around that thesis, combining traditional organic growth with AEO/LLM visibility work, and we report on pipeline impact rather than vanity metrics.

We run senior-led delivery. That means no handoffs to junior teams after the pitch, and it means everyone here owns real client outcomes from day one. We're small, remote, and we like it that way.

Tasks

  • Own end-to-end organic growth for 3-4 B2B SaaS clients
  • Build and run SEO + content roadmaps that drive pipeline, sign-ups, revenue
  • Turn strategy into action with our writers, linkbuilders, design, and dev (no “strategy theatre”)
  • Run SEO / LLMO / GEO experiments (AI Overviews, ChatGPT/Perplexity visibility, query capture, content engineering)
  • Monitor and report performance across traditional search + AI platforms (and translate it into decisions)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Flexible Hours: You manage your schedule as long as deliverables are met and you’re available for essential calls (usually within CET 9–5)
  • Remote-First: Our team is fully distributed but highly collaborative.
  • In-person offsites: Once a year, we fly the entire team for 3-4 days to the same country (September 2026 - Amsterdam!), so we can spend time together & just have fun without Slack.
