About The Company

Emma is the app to manage all things money.

Our mission is to empower millions of people to live a better and more fulfilling financial life.

Emma was founded by engineers, who are extremely focused on coding, product and data. These are the three pillars on which we want to build a strong tech culture and fix personal finance once for all. 💪

We have raised more than $8m+ to date to build the one stop shop for all your financial life. Our investors include Connect Ventures (investor in Curve, TrueLayer and CityMapper), Kima Ventures, one of the first in Transferwise, and Aglaé Ventures, early stage fund of the Groupe Arnault, investor in Netflix and Airbnb.

Alongside them, several angel investors, who have built and sold industry leading companies have decided to take part into this journey. 🚀

At Emma, We Are

  • Bold
  • Determined
  • Focused
  • Autonomous

We are a high-performance team and we run the company like a professional sports team. We expect each and every team member to move fast, have ownership over their work and hold each other to a high standard.

If you're not driven to own your work, execute swiftly, and innovate constantly, this isn't the right place for you.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Organic Marketing Lead to build Emma’s Organic Acquisition engine from the ground up.

Today, we acquire customers through a combination of paid and organic channels. We want to dramatically accelerate organic growth and reduce our dependence on paid advertising.

You’ll be responsible for identifying, testing and scaling new ways to acquire customers, whether through ASO, SEO, referrals, partnerships, content or channels we haven’t explored yet.

This isn’t a traditional marketing role. We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, analytical and hands-on who is obsessed with growth, constantly experiments and takes full ownership of results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Own and scale Emma’s organic customer acquisition across ASO, SEO, referrals, content and emerging channels.
  • Continuously identify, prioritise and execute new organic growth experiments.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve App Store and Google Play rankings, visibility and conversion.
  • Grow non-branded search traffic through technical SEO, content and AI search optimisation.
  • Identify new distribution opportunities through partnerships, communities and product-led growth initiatives.
  • Analyse acquisition performance, identify opportunities and measure the impact of experiments.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing to implement growth initiatives.

Marketing And Communications

  • Own CRM and lifecycle marketing, including activation, engagement and reactivation campaigns.
  • Coordinate product launches, feature announcements and monthly customer updates.
  • Oversee Emma’s website, blog and other owned marketing channels.
  • Identify and execute PR opportunities to increase brand awareness.
  • Support marketing communications, content and brand initiatives where required.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, organic acquisition or a related role, ideally within a consumer app or high-growth technology company.
  • A proven track record of independently driving measurable organic customer acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major organic growth channel, such as ASO, SEO, referrals or product-led growth.
  • An analytical and experimental mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses and measure results.
  • An entrepreneurial approach: comfortable working autonomously, moving quickly and building initiatives from scratch.
  • Strong execution skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without losing focus on commercial outcomes.
  • Genuine interest in consumer technology, fintech and personal finance.
