Job Description:
Senior Organic Performance Executive x2
About the Roles:
Following a successful period of client growth, we are expanding our Organic Performance team and are looking to hire two Senior Organic Performance Executives. Successful candidates will join one of several client teams, including:
- A globally recognised luxury automotive brand
- A nationally recognised utilities & home services brand
During the recruitment process, candidates will have the opportunity to indicate any client preferences. Our hiring teams will also be assessing your skillset, behaviours, and experience against each of the role’s requirements.
Reporting into OMD UK's Organic Performance leadership team, you will be an inquisitive and proactive SEO practitioner with the opportunity to expand your expertise into Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO). Working closely with an Account Manager, you will play a key role in delivering SEO and GEO strategies, managing day-to-day client workstreams, and helping to drive performance and efficiency for your clients.
This role is ideal for a self-starting SEO all-rounder looking to take the next step in their career within a market-leading agency environment.
About the Team:
As a full-service media agency, search sits at OMD UK’s heart within the Connected Performance Department (our combined wider digital and planning department), a team that consists of over 160 experts. This is a fantastic opportunity for those wanting to work across a varied client mix and get involved across multiple channel touchpoints working with counterparts across the agency.
The Organic Performance Department is comprised of over 25 members ranging across a breadth of different skill sets all within SEO, owned, and earned. We are a tight-knit bunch who are all about knowledge-sharing and upskilling each other. We have monthly pulse sessions where we share industry news and knowledge with the forum and get a good chance to nerd out over all things SEO and digital. Alongside the Pulse sessions, we have a wider ‘nerd out’ where we join a forum monthly with all members of Omnicom that are involved in SEO, owned, and earned, which is comprised of 50+ enthusiasts across PHD, MG OMD, and ourselves (OMD UK), where we widen the net to share great work, team news, and anything that is going to get us all excited.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
