We're working with an ambitious B2B marketing agency looking for an Organic Social & Content Specialist to join its Content & Creative team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys having genuine ownership of client accounts, combining social media, copywriting, content strategy and performance insight to create work that delivers results.

You'll take ownership of organic social activity across a portfolio of B2B clients, from initial planning and content creation through to publishing, community management and reporting. You'll also get involved in wider content projects including website copy, SEO articles, landing pages and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage organic social activity across multiple B2B client accounts.
  • Develop content plans and write engaging, platform-specific social copy, particularly for LinkedIn.
  • Manage scheduling, approvals, publishing, quality assurance and community management.
  • Work closely with designers and the wider Creative team to develop engaging social assets.
  • Monitor performance and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Present social performance and recommendations to clients.
  • Write website copy, landing pages, SEO content, thought leadership and other short- and long-form content.
  • Research complex B2B subjects and interview client experts to create credible and accessible content.
  • Maintain excellent standards of grammar, accuracy, tone of voice, brand alignment and SEO.
  • Use AI tools intelligently to support research, ideation, content repurposing and production.
  • Keep up to date with platform developments, trends and social best practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
