YOUR CHALLENGE:

If you’re excited by creators, content, luxury storytelling, and turning fast-moving social media activity into something structured, smart, and scalable, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building your experience. You will support the Social Media team in developing Blacklane’s creator and content ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to moving parts, spotting opportunities early, and helping the team turn ideas, relationships, and campaign activity into clear action.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the administration and coordination of the creator community
  • Monitor inbound creator interest across forms, emails, direct messages, tags, and referrals
  • Review inbound leads and prepare clear shortlists for internal stakeholders
  • Help manage social assets and keep the Digital Asset Management system organised and easy to use
  • Support reporting preparation and post-campaign coordination
  • Gather links, screenshots, stories, creator posts, and campaign outputs
  • Prepare campaign recaps and draft case studies for future reference
  • Support the team with general administrative and coordination tasks as needed

ABOUT YOU:

You are highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, and you enjoy helping creative work run more smoothly behind the scenes.

  • You may have gained relevant experience through internships, academic projects, freelance work, or personal projects in social media, influencer marketing, communications, content, or digital marketing.
  • Enjoy working in a team and supporting shared goals
  • Have a strong interest in social media, creators, digital culture and luxury
  • Are confident working across spreadsheets, trackers, and administrative systems
  • Know how to keep information clear, structured, and up to date
  • Are comfortable managing multiple tasks and following through reliably
  • Pay close attention to detail and can spot patterns, gaps, and opportunities
  • Have experience and/or interest in applied Artificial Intelligence
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are curious, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-paced brand environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
