Organisational Change Management Director
A leading global entertainment organisation is embarking on a significant multi-year business transformation programme and is looking for a Organisational Change Management Director to lead the people side of this journey.
This is a high-profile opportunity to shape and deliver the organisational change strategy across a complex transformation portfolio, partnering with senior executives and business leaders to drive adoption, readiness and lasting behavioural change.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the organisational change strategy across multiple transformation initiatives
- Partner with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders to embed effective change leadership
- Build change frameworks, governance and best practices from the ground up
- Lead adoption, readiness, communications and capability-building activities
- Identify change risks and ensure successful transition into new ways of working

We're Looking For
- Significant experience leading organisational change within large-scale transformation programmes
- Proven success driving adoption and behavioural change across complex organisations
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing without direct authority
- Strong understanding of change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar
- Experience within global organisations or media/entertainment is advantageous
