12 Month FTC | Up to £70,000 | Greater Manchester | Hybrid, 3 days in the office

We're working with a complex, multi-site organisation to recruit an experienced Organisation Design Specialist to join them on an initial 12-month FTC.

You'll be working across multiple business areas and transformation programmes, helping shape how work gets done through practical, evidence-led organisation design.

You'll be hands-on across:

  • Target Operating Models and future-state operating models
  • Organisation structures, roles, accountabilities and governance
  • Diagnosing organisational challenges through data and insight
  • Designing and facilitating organisation design workshops
  • Advising senior leaders and stakeholders on design options
  • Producing clear recommendations and creating practical OD tools, frameworks, templates and guidance
  • Evaluating the impact of design changes and tracking outcomes

You'll have genuine, hands-on experience in Organisation Design and/or Organisation Effectiveness, ideally with a strong expertise in:

  • Operating model and organisational structure design
  • Organisation design methodologies and consulting approaches
  • Data-led organisational diagnosis
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Stakeholder management and influencing
  • Turning strategy into practical organisational solutions

Experience with workforce analytics or large-scale transformation would be a bonus.

You'll need the confidence to challenge and advise senior stakeholders, but this isn't a Board-level strategy role. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the detail and being part of a proactive and collaborative team.
