About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Organisational Development Advisor to support the delivery of strategic people and culture initiatives within a leading Higher Education institution. Working closely with academic and professional services leaders, you will help drive organisational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce capability projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with schools, faculties, and professional services teams to deliver OD initiatives and people-focused projects.
  • Support leadership development, staff engagement, culture change, and wellbeing programmes.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, briefings, and learning interventions.
  • Provide advice and support to managers on organisational development and workforce planning activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate OD programmes, using data and feedback to measure impact and inform improvements.

About You

  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, or HR.
  • Experience delivering people, culture, leadership, or organisational change initiatives within a complex organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Higher Education or public sector experience is highly desirable.
