The London Borough of Redbridge is delivering an ambitious programme of organisational transformation to create a modern, high-performing and inclusive council. Our People Strategy is central to this vision, ensuring we have the leadership, culture and capability needed to deliver excellent services for our residents.

We are looking for an Organisational Development Manager to help drive culture change, leadership development, workforce modernisation and organisational effectiveness across the Council.

Working within the People & Culture Directorate, you will partner with leaders and managers to deliver innovative organisational development initiatives focused on:
