Organisational Development Partner (Digital Fluency and AI)
Ref: ALC1679
Starting salary from £38,784 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £46,049 per annum.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the People and Culture Division. Working across the university, you will help colleagues develop the confidence, skills and behaviours needed to thrive in an increasingly digital and AI-enabled workplace.
You will play a central role in supporting the implementation of the Jisc Discovery Tool, analysing organisational capability needs, coordinating development activity and helping to shape a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and responsible innovation.
The role will also contribute to UEA's emerging AI capability programme, helping staff understand how AI can be used ethically, effectively and confidently to enhance productivity, improve services and support new ways of working.

Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the Jisc Discovery Tool

- Contribute to UEA's emerging AI capability programme
Requirements:
- Experienced in organisational development, learning and development, change or project management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Passion for helping people develop new capabilities
- Comfortable working across organisational boundaries
- Ability to translate complex information into practical solutions
- Strong analytical and facilitation skills
- Experience of coordinating projects, programmes or organisational development initiatives
- Experience of digital capability frameworks, higher education, AI literacy programmes or organisational change initiatives would be advantageous

This full-time post is available on a fixed term basis for three years.
UEA offers a variety of flexible working options and although this role is advertised on a full-time basis, we encourage applications from individuals who would prefer a flexible working pattern including annualised hours, compressed working hours, part time, job share, term-time only and/or hybrid working. Details of preferred hours should be stated in the personal statement and will be discussed further at interview.
