We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused person to join us as Organisational Team Support. This role will provide high-quality administrative and business support across corporate services, helping teams deliver efficient, responsive and well-managed services for colleagues, customers and communities. You will support day-to-day corporate administration, information management, reporting and compliance activities. The role will involve coordinating meetings, maintaining records, supporting shared mailboxes and work queues, helping with document control, and contributing to continuous improvement across services.

  • Providing efficient administrative support for meetings, correspondence, scheduling and general business activities.
  • Preparing agendas, coordinating papers, taking notes or minutes, and following up actions.
  • Maintaining records, registers, electronic filing systems and shared workspaces accurately and securely.
  • Monitoring shared mailboxes, systems and work queues, coordinating timely responses with relevant colleagues.
  • Supporting reporting, document control and information handling activity in line with data protection requirements.
  • Using feedback, data and insight to support service improvements and positive outcomes.
