Part-Time Organising Specialist
Location: Various client locations
Salary: £13.45/hour (Living Wage)
Hours: 12 hours per week, across two days between Tuesday and Thursday
Start Date: October 2026
The Sister Method is growing, and we’re looking for a thoughtful, practical and detail-loving person to join our team.
We help people transform their homes and simplify their lives. From beautifully ordered kitchens to wardrobes that make getting ready easier, we create spaces that look lovely, work well and bring a little more calm to everyday life.
You’ll work alongside our founders, sisters Lisa & Katie, and our Organising Specialist, Sophie, supporting projects in clients’ homes and helping with the preparation and finishing touches that bring everything together.
If you enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail and feel comfortable finding your feet somewhere new, we’d love to hear from you.
What the role involves
- Organising and decluttering clients’ homes, creating thoughtful spaces that are easy to use and maintain
- Sorting, packing, arranging and styling as part of our team
- Supporting project preparation, including stock management, sourcing products and materials, and planning
- Collecting supplies and making drop-offs at our storage warehouse, charity shops and recycling centres
- Helping with aftercare and the finishing details that make each project feel complete
- Bringing warmth, care and discretion to every client interaction
- Maintaining The Sister Method’s signature aesthetic and high standards

- Hold a full UK driving licence and have your own car for daily travel to client locations (essential)
