Global Organizational Development Manager
We are seeking a Global Organizational Development Manager to lead the company’s global learning and development strategy. This role partners closely with senior leadership and HR teams to design, implement, and deliver impactful technical, management, and leadership development programs that align with business objectives, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support a high-performance culture. This senior role is responsible for aligning learning initiatives with business objectives, company culture, and organizational priorities while driving the development and execution of training programs that reinforce core values and support employee growth worldwide. Pursuing a hands-on leader focused on building a high-performance learning environment that strengthens leadership capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and oversee programs that strengthen employee knowledge, skills, and behaviors, improve leadership and the overall company culture
- Leverage artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to improve organizational performance, enhance workforce capability, streamline processes, and enable data-informed decision-making
- Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs, establish development goals, and design targeted training programs that enhance employee performance, engagement, and overall job satisfaction
- Partner with global BU leads to continuously improve leadership, management, and organizational capabilities to support the execution against corporate objectives
- Partner with the global HR team to ensure that new programs/learning products have a solid project plan. Assess and monitor outcomes of programs, providing follow-up to ensure desired goals are met
- Accountable for creation and delivery of Leadership, Functional Competence, Technical Training Performance, Succession, and Talent Development products
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate learning and development needs, measure training program effectiveness, identify workforce capability trends, and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic talent decisions and support business objectives
- Responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of organizational development programs, including leadership development, manager training, technical and functional competence, performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, career development, executive coaching, and change management

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Training & Development, or a related field required
- Ten (10) years of directly related professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. High School Diploma required
- Demonstrable experience in leadership/organizational development in a corporate environment
- Global, international, and corporate experience required
- Experience with Talent Management, Performance Management, and Succession Planning

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Skilled in adjusting programs and communications to fit cultural norms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and HRIS required
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills required
- Demonstrates innovation and creativity in the development of communications, presentations, and systems to support strategic initiatives
- Working knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills required (listening, coaching, facilitating, conflict management)
- Previous experience in managing people and multiple projects at a system-wide level
