About Q5
Q5 is a global, award-winning consultancy specialising in organisational health. We help our clients develop their organisational strategy, design operating models, grow leaders, improve their working culture, and deliver lasting change at pace.
Overview
Q5 is investing in its proprietary technology to support the next phase of its growth. At the centre of this is OrgMaps, our organisation design platform, which enables the analysis, vision and modelling of organisations.
The Role
The OrgMaps Client Enablement Consultant will be responsible for helping clients and Q5 consulting teams get the greatest possible value from OrgMaps. The role sits at the intersection of business development, consulting delivery and the OrgMaps platform, combining strong client-facing consulting skills with responsibility across the client lifecycle for business development support, onboarding, increasing adoption, training, user support and growing platform use. You will work closely with the Product team to determine how clients can get the most out of the platform and what functionality / use cases make the most impact to our clients.
A critical part of the role is working effectively with clients and supporting Q5 consultants during delivery. The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, understand their organisational context and objectives, and help consulting teams embed OrgMaps effectively within projects. This role will provide a bridge between client and consulting needs and the Product and Engineering teams, helping ensure that feedback from delivery informs how the platform evolves.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
