Privea Partners | €4,000/month base + 10 to 15% uncapped | €15k to €30k monthly OTE

Most people in finance can read a set of accounts. Most people in sales can hold a room. Almost nobody does both.

If you do, this role was built for you.

WHO WE ARE

Privea Partners raises equity and debt for companies from family offices across EMEA and the Gulf. 140+ relationships across 26 markets. Placements of €2m to €25m.

THE ROLE, STATED PLAINLY

You are not executing transactions. You are winning the mandates.

You speak to founders and owners trying to raise capital who have not worked out how. You read their business fast, tell them the truth about whether it is fundable, and bring the credible ones onto a mandate.

It is a sales role. We will not dress it up.

But you cannot survive on technique. The person across the table has built a business over twenty years and will test whether you understand it within five minutes. If you cannot talk credibly about their margins, their working capital cycle and what an investor makes of both, the call is over and they will never tell you why.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Finance earns you the right to sell. Selling is the job.

WHAT YOU WILL HEAR EVERY DAY

  • Why would I use you instead of a different bank?
  • Why am I paying before you deliver anything?
  • What if you find nobody?
  • Our numbers are not ready.
  • We are already talking to investors.
  • How do I know you are real?

If that list switched something on, keep reading. If it made you tired, this is not your role.

WHO WE WANT

Corporate finance background. Non negotiable. Banking, M&A, PE, VC, capital raising, advisory, commercial lending or private banking.

Real commercial ability. You have carried a number and hit it.

The standing to be taken seriously by an owner. Not a graduate seat.

THE HOURS

Not a nine to five, and not close. Gulf morning to US West Coast evening. Calls happen when the counterparty is free. Mandates do not pause on Saturday. We pay for output, not hours.

COMPENSATION

€4,000 base. 10% per mandate, 15% from the fifth in a month. Uncapped, paid on fees collected.

At a €25,000 average fee:

  • 3 mandates = €11,500
  • 5 mandates = €17,750
  • 7 mandates = €25,250

Target is five to seven mandates a month from month three, reviewed at ninety days. We put the bar in the advert rather than in an offer letter.

HOW TO APPLY

Apply through this posting with your CV and short answers to:

  1. Your corporate finance background and what you were accountable for.
  2. What number you have carried and whether you hit it. Actual figures.
  3. A time you changed a sophisticated buyer's mind, and the objection.
  4. Why a performance based structure appeals to you.

Then record a loom, two minutes, no script:

A founder says your fee is too high and he would rather approach investors himself. Handle it.

This job is done on calls. We would rather hear you than read you. Applications without the recording are not reviewed.
