Orthodontic Assistant
ARCH Orthodontics | Multiple Massachusetts Locations
$23–$35/hour + travel reimbursement | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No evenings or weekends
This position may work across ARCH Orthodontics' six locations: Bridgewater, Canton, Hyde Park, Westwood, Hyannis, and Orleans. Travel pay and mileage reimbursement provided.
Are you a Licensed Dental Assistant who loves working with patients and wants to build a career in orthodontics? ARCH Orthodontics is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join our team! You'll work alongside experienced orthodontic professionals in a fast-paced, supportive environment where you'll play an important role in creating positive experiences for our patients and their families.

What You'll Do
As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll help provide an exceptional patient experience while supporting the orthodontist and clinical team. Your day may include:
- Assisting the orthodontist during patient procedures and appointments
- Taking digital X-rays, scans, and patient records
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms
- Educating patients on orthodontic appliances and oral hygiene
- Maintaining accurate patient documentation
- Helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident throughout treatment

What We're Looking For
- Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant License
- X-ray certification required
- Orthodontic assisting experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with patients and being part of a team
