Who we are and what we do
We’re The Invisible Orthodontist (TIO), and our purpose is to connect and empower our community of Orthodontic Practices around the globe to help them grow - both commercially and cognitively - and keep them operating ahead of the curve.
We do this by combining our specialisms in marketing and in-practice consultancy to grow lead generation and conversion for our Members, while facilitating a community of clinical excellence and innovation with our leading orthodontic doctors. Our team is spread across the globe and we thrive on a culture of flexibility, innovation and development.
About the role
The Practice Consultant is an integral part of our Customer Promise Team and the customer-facing owner of a portfolio of Member practices across the South of the UK & Ireland. This is a genuinely commercial role: you’ll act as a business advisor to each practice - using data to understand their performance, coaching their teams to grow, and driving measurable improvement in case starts, return on investment and the adoption of TIO’s growth strategies.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with practice owners and their teams
- Run monthly reviews over Zoom and in person
- Train teams on the TIO program and our Practice Relationship Management (PRM) system
- Own the growth, performance and retention of your patch
- We have a suite of proven TIO practice-growth strategies to help you - your job is to bring them to life in each practice
We’re a progressive, industry-leading brand and we look for people who share that mindset - always improving, always innovating, and increasingly making smart use of digital and AI tools to work better.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
