Outline:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work with a great company within the world of orthopaedic implants. The company have a great range of products that cover a number of extremities, and you’ll be fully trained in all procedures.

Job Title:

Business Development Manager

Territory:

South Central

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for selling orthopaedic products/implants and associated products across the region.
  • In this role you'll be providing evaluations, sales implementations and covering more complex cases.
  • Responsible for being the product specialist and selling to, educating and training theatre-based staff in both the NHS and private sector in all products.
  • Engaging with key accounts in the area, you’ll develop relationships across the client portfolio that will be beneficial in your long term career.
  • Working collaboratively with your colleagues and manager, your role is critical in assisting with the continued growth of the territory.
  • Based from home, you will travel to hospitals across the territory but from time to time you will also assist with some exhibitions or key events in other areas of the country.
  • You will become a product expert, a trusted advisor to the surgeons across your geographical territory.

  • £basic - Will pay what needs to get the right person (DOE)
  • 35% OTE (paid quarterly) - Changing next year with insane commission potential for over achievement

The Ideal Person:

  • You MUST come from an Orthopaedic Sales background
  • You need a strong knowledge around MSK / Anatomy & Physiology – this is essential.
  • Ideally, you’ll have some knowledge around orthopaedic surgical procedures, but it’s not essential for the right person from a physio / osteo background.
  • You must live on territory
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Right to work in the UK is vital and no sponsorship is available (sorry)
