The Role:
Bridewell is seeking an OT Lead to shape and grow our OT Cyber Security practice. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining the vision, capability, and commercial success of our OT offering whilst ensuring the delivery of market-leading services across OT Consulting, Managed Security Services, Security Operations, Incident Response, Engineering, and Vulnerability Management.
As Bridewell's OT Lead, you will bring together cross functional teams to create a cohesive, high-performing OT capability that delivers exceptional outcomes for our clients.
You will act as the senior figurehead for OT across the business, building trusted relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders whilst driving the continued development of our people, services, and market presence.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
OT Practice Leadership
- Define and execute the strategic vision for Bridewell's OT practice
- Lead the development and growth of OT service offerings across Consulting, SOC, Engineering, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response
- Ensure the OT practice remains aligned to market trends, customer requirements, and emerging threats within Critical National Infrastructure environments
- Act as the executive sponsor for major OT engagements and strategic customer relationships
- Represent Bridewell externally as an OT thought leader through industry events, webinars, publications, and market engagement
Build and Lead Cross-Functional Teams
- Create and lead a high-performing OT function
- Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to deliver comprehensive OT security solutions
- Develop organisational structures, capability frameworks, and career pathways to support business growth
- Mentor and develop both technical leaders and emerging talent across the OT practice
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Commercial Leadership
- Own the growth and profitability of the OT practice
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and routes to revenue growth
- Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Leadership teams to shape opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Support pre-sales activities, bid responses, proposals, executive presentations, and solution development
- Ensure the practice operates with strong commercial discipline, focusing on revenue performance, margins, and customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders across Critical National Infrastructure
Technical & Service Leadership
- Maintain a strong understanding of the full OT security landscape, including: ICS/SCADA environments Industrial networking OT risk management Security monitoring and detection Incident response Asset discovery Vulnerability management Secure remote access Network segmentation OT engineering and architecture
- Work closely with technical SMEs to ensure service excellence and technical credibility
- Support the development of OT methodologies, frameworks, tools, and intellectual property
- Provide strategic guidance on OT security standards and frameworks including IEC 62443, NIS Regulations, NCSC CAF, NIST CSF, and ISA best practices.
- Provide advice across transformation programmes to wider Bridewell teams as and when required
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage confidently with executive, operational, and engineering stakeholders across customer organisations
- Act as the bridge between business objectives and technical delivery
- Influence and collaborate with internal service line leaders to develop integrated OT security solutions
- Leverage technical teams effectively while ensuring customer outcomes remain the primary focus
You'll need to have experience in:
Skills & Experience
- Significant experience operating in a senior OT Security leadership position whilst leading OT practices, business units or professional services teams
- Demonstrable experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding and experience with OT/ICS systems (e.g. SCADA, DCS, EMS, etc)
- Proven commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and service development
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging from engineering teams through to board-level executives
- Strong people leadership experience including mentoring, coaching, performance management, and team development
- Experience managing complex client relationships and strategic programmes
- Deep knowledge of OT security technologies including network monitoring, asset discovery, OT SOC tooling, vulnerability management platforms, and threat detection solutions
- Industry certifications such as GICSP, GRID, CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISM, or equivalent
- Established network within the OT or Critical National Infrastructure community

Location: Bridewell operates a hybrid and flexible working policy, however you will be required to travel to different sites on occasion.
