ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Demonstrable OT subject matter knowledge, including IEC 62443 concepts and practical application.
- Experience with Cyber-Physical Solution deployments, configuration, risk management and reporting
- Experience developing or applying structured methodologies (e.g., assessment, scoring, or attribution approaches).
- Understanding of Purdue-aligned network segmentation and reference architecture concepts.
- Ability to review remediation evidence and produce clear written validation outcomes and recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong documentation discipline: clear writing, traceable decisions, and consistent artefacts.
- Comfortable working in sprint-based/agile delivery and managing multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with a passion for change and transformation confident

DESIREABLE SKILLS:

- Desirable certifications: CISSP, CISM, GICSP (Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional) or ISA/IEC 62443
- Experience supporting development of an OT Target Operating Model.
- Familiarity with OT asset discovery and vulnerability scanning approaches
- Experience supporting third-party/vendor management within an OT environment.
- Experience contributing to an OT risk management framework and/or maturity uplift planning.
