We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced OT Technology Leader who will be responsible for managing and coordinating OT systems within the BUs. This role works closely with local cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of OT environments, manage OT Incidents, Changes and Problems and lead OT asset management initiatives on BU level. The ideal candidate will promote OT/IT convergence initiatives, ensuring seamless communication, integration, and security across the local OT landscape. This is a pivotal BU-based role, needing on-site presence, focused on improving local OT service management, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing cybersecurity in coordination with local and group stakeholders.
Your New Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 2nd-level OT incident support, handling escalation and resolution processes locally, coordinating with third parties and internal teams when necessary.
- Oversee the OPEX and CAPEX change processes within the country, ensuring that all local changes are tracked, documented, and updated in the OT CMDB.
- Manage the onboarding of OT devices to systems such as OT Active Directory and oversee the lifecycle of OT applications specific to the local environment, ensuring compliance with company’s and industry standards.
- Lead local security assessments for OT systems, implement security best practices, and collaborate with the Managed Detection and Response (MxDR) team to resolve security incidents specific to the country’s OT operations.
- Drive local OT/IT Convergence initiatives, representing Platform on BU Level and ensure all Platform’s pillars and Products are properly implemented and maintained.
- Lead Change Management on BU level, evangelizing Platform’s Processes and ensuring proper alignment between OT and IT.
- Create, publish and maintain OT Knowledge Articles (KAs) to support operational excellence and knowledge sharing, including ISA-95 diagrams and System Designs.
- Ensure OT assets and OT Applications for plants in scope are properly managed, by utilizing platform’s OT infrastructure services (e.g. onboarding to OT AD), following Platform’s roadmap and BU needs.
- Drive vulnerability management on BU level, collaborating closely with Cybersecurity Teams and plant stakeholders. Lead patch-management activities for OT assets.

Are These Your Secret Ingredients?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in OT or IT Manufacturing environments with a focus on Incident and Change management.
- Experience in Manufacturing environments and understanding of Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience with OT systems (ICS, SCADA, PLCs) and managing OT devices.
- Strong Network understanding (switches, firewalls, segmentation) and architecture principles.
- Experience with Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, or similar.
- Strong Project Management expertise, particularly in local OPEX and CAPEX processes. Agile and Waterfall methodologies fluency required.
- Knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards and best practices, including segmentation and vulnerability management.
- Strong Leadership and communication skills to coordinate local teams, group platforms and third-party vendors.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, ISA/IEC 62443, SAFe, SCRUM, PMP, Prince 2, ITIL 4/5 will be highly appreciated but not mandatory.
