OTC Commercial Executive
We are seeking a proactive and organized OTC Commercial Executive to support the management and growth of our over-the-counter (OTC) portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, pharmacy or FMCG who enjoys working across commercial, sales and marketing activities.
About the Role
Reporting to the VP - Commercial Operations, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day portfolio management, customer engagement, and commercial initiatives across the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of the OTC product portfolio and commercial activities.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer communications.
- Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Analyze market and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Liaise with customers, wholesalers, and internal teams to ensure smooth product supply and execution of commercial plans.
- Maintain pricing files, product information, and commercial documentation.
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Finance teams to support business objectives.
- Provide administrative and project support for commercial initiatives.

About You
Essential
- Experience in a commercial, sales, category, marketing, or customer-facing role within pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, pharmacy, or FMCG.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using Excel and analyzing sales data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn.

Desirable
- Experience with OTC or consumer healthcare products.
- Knowledge of UK pharmacy, wholesale, discount, or retail channels.
