Martis Search are representing a City of London based, but global Investment Bank (huge growth company) to hire a permanent “OTC Exotic Derivatives Middle Office Analyst.” Our client is more than happy to look at someone with a minimum of 1-year + Equity Middle Office, or ETD Middle Office experience to learn OTC Exotic Derivatives Middle Office.

The role is based in London, sitting on their busy Trading floor and support mainly London, but also US Trading teams.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Trade Supports based in London
- Being hands-on with BAU Trade Support tasks
- Leading high-level change projects
- Managing the team
- Handling BAU/day-to-day Operations tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year + Equity Middle Office, or ETD Middle Office experience
- Graduate calibre with a minimum of a 2:1 in a numerate-based/STEM subject such as Mathematics, BSc in Economics, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or Biology, etc.
- Highly-driven/hard-working and resilient manager
- “Career-focused”

Working Arrangement
- 4 days in the office
- 1 day working from home
Salary
Between £40k - £60k pa dependent upon experience, plus an annual discretionary bonus
